I love

I absolutely, positively, LOVE lazy days.

Just a month ago I hated them; I hated staying inside, at home, watching television without anything to do. Now I feel almost, accomplished to just SIT. I do have to work later but right now I don't even care. I am excited for work due to the fact that I only have to be there for two hours, but I also get to work with my favorite co-worker! It has been a really good weekend for me. I worked a lot this week and I feel deserved of rest and relaxation and that friends is an awesome feeling.

On the other hand, I'm really feeling bad for my mother. So much has happened in the past year that she just didn't have time to take a break. Most recently (about a month), the basement and upstairs bathroom flooded and insurance is being difficult. She is finally replacing things, fixing her wood flooring, and getting tiles in the bathroom redone. Today, it hasn't proven to have stopped since the new year. Our family dog, Tank, tripped over a cord that was connected to her very new, expensive, 42'' Sony television, and managed to pull it down off of the dresser. Needless to say, the tv is now unable to be turned on. Immediately, she went to BestBuy to get a new one, as to avoid the stress of wondering how she was going to handle this situation, on top of everything else.

I really wish I had more money to help my mama out, or at least give a break, like a vacation! I feel bad because I have had more success as a 19 year old in an apartment for just over a month, than she has had in an entire year. I love her, and I pray that things will just get better.
